As the sun opened itself upon an unsuspecting capital city on Wednesday 18th April, it was like a giant weight had been lifted off Londoners shoulders. As a mini heat-wave ensued, parks were wall to wall with picnics, pubs packed with punters in shorts drinking in the vitamin D - with a pint or two on the side.
With the evening sun glinting across the bar top off Brilliant Corners, I set to work soundtracking the night ahead. Sashimi was scranned and ice-cold ales sculled as the Klipshchorn's were gently tickled with sounds as varied as the night was long - loosely to celebrate the release of my The World In Winter project and the baby steps of my new Pictogramme label.
It's always such a pleasure to play on that fantastic set-up...
Now crack open a Sake and listen back to the evening for yourself HERE
